Fall/Winter Season
Our Fall/Winter Season runs from September until March. Teams are scheduled for a minimum of one game a week on Sunday mornings and an occassional Friday evening game. Games are played on grass Sunday mornings and on turf fields Friday evenings. Our Over-30 Division plays in North Vancouver, West Vancouver and Squamish while our Over-45 Division plays in North and West Vancouver only.

Spring/Summer Season
Our Spring/Summer Season runs from April to late June. We play on Wednesday evenings, Friday evenings and Sunday mornings. Teams are scheduled for one or two of these days per week. All games are played on turf fields in North and West Vancouver.

Our league is open to players who live on the North Shore and up to Lil'Wat, past Squamish, or work in North Vancouver.

League History
The North Shore Thirty-Something Women's Soccer League (NSTSWSL) began its inaugural season in 1992 and celebrated it's 30th season in 2022!
Our membership includes a broad spectrum of skill levels, from those who start with no experience, to those who have played soccer for many years, or even all their lives.
Summer Training 2025
League players are invited to register for optional summer trainings sessions. Beginning after the July long weekend and ending prior to the Labour Day weekend, two sessions are held per week - Sunday morning and one weekday evening - on North Vancouver artificial turf fields. Session details provided upon registration.
